Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size, shipping address, and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times vary by carrier and destination, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Free Shipping

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Any applicable free shipping offer will be shown at checkout or on the relevant promotion page.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Blossom Kitchen is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@cookblossom.com. We’ll do our best to help before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, Blossom Kitchen is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or stolen packages.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, your building/mailroom, and the shipping carrier first. You can also contact us at hello@cookblossom.com, and we’ll do our best to help you investigate.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@cookblossom.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged product and packaging.

We’ll review the issue and do our best to make it right.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
